The Montsant chef is a semi-finalist in the Chef of the Year Competition

Carlos Beltrán, chef at Hotel-Restaurant Montsant in Xàtiva, has been selected as a semi-finalist in the 10th edition of the Chef of the Year Competition. Carlos has been leading the culinary project at Hotel Montsant in Xàtiva since 2023, one of the most distinctive hotels in the Valencian Community.
