- Reservation management is handled through the provider Bookassist. This third party has limited access to your information as necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and is obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

Montsant conducts video surveillance within its facilities to preserve the security of people, assets, and its premises. Any recordings made are based on the aforementioned legitimate interest of Montsant, with VIQUIMO being the DATA CONTROLLER for such recordings.
You can exercise your RIGHTS regarding these recordings as indicated in the corresponding section of this Privacy Policy, as well as the retention period for images.
7.2. International Data Transfers
Montsant does not engage in any international transfers of the personal data it collects.
7.3. Legal Basis for Processing
We will only collect and process your personal data to the extent permitted by legal bases. The legal bases include consent (if provided), contract (for example, if processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you to provide the requested Services), and legitimate interests, provided that such processing does not violate your rights and freedoms.
