Our restaurant menu offers both traditional regional fare and innovative cuisine, always lovingly prepared on the basis of locally-sourced seasonal produce. The choice is always wide and varied, thanks to suggestions of the day that usually include fresh fish straight from the market. We try to conserve the link between our cuisine and the ambience and history of the Montsant, as we do our very best to delight the demanding gourmet in you. Toni López Prats is the executive chef.
